Spend the day on the beach or by the pool, enjoy an authentic ayurveda massage given by a doctor in ayurveda or take a boat ride on the Hamilton Canal and Maha Oya river. Watch the sun set from the beach into the Indian Ocean, colors are truly gorgeous.

Post breakfast, visit Sigiriya Rock Fortress (UNESCO World Heritage Site) a citadel built on a monolithic rock of granite by King Kassapa (5th century).
After the visit, if you so wish you can participate in an authentic Sri Lanka cookery class and enjoy lunch at the class.
The possibility of a jeep safari in the early afternoon to observe wild elephants in their natural habitat, or chill at your hotel.
Dinner and overnight stay in Sigiriya.
Upon reaching Kandy visit the Sri Dalada Maligawa/Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic (UNESCO World Heritage Site), an amazing religious venue to visit. The 6pm Puja is a must experience! All supported by drums and trumpets.

After breakfast take a walk in beautiful Peradeniya Royal Botanical Gardens one of the finest botanical garden in Asia, do not miss the “house of orchids”.
If you feel up to it, visit to the Gadaladeniya Temple and Embekke Devalaya or just relax by the pool at your hotel.
Dinner and overnight stay in Kandy.
After breakfast proceed to Hatton (apprx, 2 hours drive). Enjoy the scenic views with waterfalls, hills carpeted by vibrant green tea plantations.

Breakfast at your leisure, then indulge in a walk through tea plantations, take a boat ride on the Castlereagh reservoir.

Watch the beautiful sunset whilst sipping a cocktail, followed by a romantic dinner.
Overnight stay in Bentota.
Breakfast, and another day in paradise to laze on pristine beaches or by the pool in Bentota. You can participate in some of the many water activities available.
A further overnight stay to enjoy a loving candle lit dinner, possibly on the beach or poolside.
After breakfast a day visit to the colonial city of Galle (UNESCO World Heritage Site). The city offers you culture, lovely restaurants and cafes, walk on the fort rampart and watch a glorious sunset.
Return to Bentota to indulge in an intimate candle lit dinner.

Post breakfast and at your leisure drive to Colombo (apprx, 2 hours drive). In the afternoon visit the city or relax by the pool at the hotel, catch some last rays.

Depending on your departure flight time leave Colombo to reach the airport 3.30 hrs before your departure time. Drop you off at the airport and end of the tour.

Dambulla/Sigiriya – Beware of uneven stairs. Some climbs can be perceived as challenging.
Dambulla – Before taking any pictures ask permission.
