For 7 days you will enjoy treatments, massages, yoga and meditation classes, which will contribute to your wellbeing and rejuvenate you and ready you for the world… After the treatments you can visit a few ancient UNESCO World Heritage sites in the country and spend some time on one of the many sublime beach in the south of the Island.

Overnight stay in Ayurveda resort
After breakfast you will be admitted into the Ayurveda centre and meet your doctor to design your plan of treatment for the next 7 days.
Your treatment begins from today and ends on day 9. Which consist of following initial program: – – Consultation (Minimum of 4 times per week).
As a complimentary service, you will be shown ayurveda cooking and attend to yoga classes.
After breakfast depart the ayurveda centre for Kandy. Visit the venerated Buddhist temple Sri Dalada Maligawa (UNESCO World Heritage site) or known as the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic.

After breakfast depart to Hatton. En-route visit one of Asia’s finest landscaped gardens, the Peradeniya Royal Botanical gardens for a relaxed walk. The gardens are truly wonderful and should not be missed.
Check into a colonial era tea planter’s bungalow, surrounded by pristinely manicured tea garden, overlooking the beautiful Castlereagh reservoir.

Post breakfast, visit a tea plantation and its factory to discover how the finest Ceylon tea is produced. Or indulge in a picnic beside the reservoir and a boat ride. For the more energetic a leisurely trek in the tea plantations or surrounding hills. If you are relaxed and inclined to chill at the bungalow with a good novel, the option is yours.

Leave Hatton for Negombo, for a short break transit at Kitulgala where you can encounter white water rafting and many other energetic river water sports, discover a pre historic cave, trek through a wilderness or enjoy a river swim and on completion drive to Negombo.

Day to relax by the beach, pool or both? and in the afternoon, you can enjoy a boat tour on the Hamilton canal to the lagoon or to the Maha Oya river, observe many different kinds of birds, raptors, monitor lizards, owls. Alternatively, spend some time learning how to cook an authentic Sri Lankan curry, to impress your friends back home!

Depart in time to catch your flight back home. Reach the airport 3.5 hrs before your departure time. Drop you off at the airport and end of the tour.
